Reviewed by Nina Moreno • Last verified: 9 October 2026. All Star Casino, the Australian-facing site at allstarcasino.com, has closed. The domain now shows a notice headed ‘Allstarcasino.com Has Closed’ and says the operator has permanently ceased operations. That means no login, no deposits and no new bonus codes. If you landed here from an old welcome offer of A$5,000 plus 150 free spins, it is no longer available. The open question is money: anyone with funds or a pending withdrawal has to go through support by email. Below is what we confirmed on 9 October 2026, what we could not, and what to do next.
18+ only. Offshore casinos are not licensed to serve Australians under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001, and no local regulator will hear a dispute. If gambling stops being fun, call Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858 or visit gamblinghelponline.org.au.

What Happened to All Star
When we opened allstarcasino.com from an Australian connection on 9 October 2026, the page was titled ‘All Star Casino | Closed’. The notice says Allstar has permanently ceased operations and points customers with questions about remaining funds or pending withdrawals to support. There is no closure date, no reason and no mention of a successor brand, and we did not find a transfer of accounts to another operator.
Australian Gamblers’ All Star page, last modified on 4 September 2026, now marks the brand as closed. That review still lists Progress Path Co N.V. as owner, a 2024 launch and Curaçao licence OGL/2024/1113/0517. Those details are third-party and historical. We are not claiming anything about why the site shut. Be careful with a similar name: allstarslots.com is a separate, live-looking site that appears in search results, and nothing we found ties it to this brand. We have not reviewed it.

All Star Login: What Still Works
Nothing that involves play. The site no longer offers a sign-in, a cashier or a game lobby, only the closure notice and the support address. Any page that claims to be an All Star login or a bonus code is not coming from the operator. Old welcome offers and promo codes are dead.
If an email, SMS or social post offers an All Star bonus or a way to unlock your balance, treat it as suspect. The notice gives one route for account matters, the support email, and says nothing about third parties acting on its behalf. Never send a password, a card number or a photo ID to anyone who contacts you first.
If You Still Have a Balance
The notice tells players with remaining funds, pending withdrawals or other account matters to write to support@allstarcasino.com with their account details and the relevant information. It says the team will review each case in line with the applicable terms, conditions and regulatory requirements. It gives no deadline, no refund promise and no list of what counts as eligible.
Write from the email address you registered with. Include your username, the last known balance, any pending withdrawal and the date you requested it. Attach screenshots of your balance, your transaction history and any confirmation emails you saved. Ask for written confirmation of what they will pay and by when. If a deposit was made by card, your bank’s dispute process is a separate avenue, but it has time limits and no guarantee. Because the operator was offshore, there is no Australian regulator that can force a payout, which is covered in the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 explainer.
Safer Places to Play Instead
Do not pick a replacement from a bonus headline. Read the wagering multiple, the maximum bet while a bonus is active, the expiry and the withdrawal caps, and confirm the site publishes who runs it. Our two reference write-ups show how we read those terms: SkyCrown and Ozwin. If you used All Star because it advertised no-wagering free spins, you will not find many direct matches, and the online casino list shows how the rest compare.
If you want a particular payment method, use the PayID casino page or the fastest payout guide. The full set of write-ups is on our all casino reviews page. All of these are also offshore, so the same legal position applies: not licensed in Australia, no local regulator to complain to.
Verdict
All Star is gone, so there is nothing to rate as a place to play. The only live questions are whether a balance gets returned and how to avoid copycat pages that use the name. Email the support address with documentation, keep a copy of everything and do not deposit anywhere on the strength of an old All Star offer.
All Star: What Works and What Does Not
What works
- The closure notice is clear and gives a support email for balance questions
- The notice does not push visitors to a replacement brand or bonus
- Third-party records of the former operator and licence are available
What does not
- No closure date, reason or deadline for balance claims is published
- No Australian regulator can force a payout from an offshore operator
- Lookalike pages and a similarly named site may confuse searchers
Where We Would Play Instead
These are the two operators we keep fully up to date, with coded no-deposit offers you can check against All Star’s terms. Full write-ups: SkyCrown review and Ozwin review.
