Values vary by country. Neosurf says typical vouchers run from the equivalent of 10 euros to 150 euros. Several third-party sites still show Neosurf at SkyCrown, and our August review of RocketPlay listed it. Dundle’s FAQ says a voucher does not expire, but a monthly fee of about 3 euros is deducted if you neither use the voucher nor log in to myNeosurf for 3 months. The same page writes the fee as A$3 in one place and 3 euros in another, so the exact amount is unclear. The practical rule is to spend a voucher soon after buying it.
Dundle also says a 2% conversion fee applies when you pay in a currency different from the one loaded on the voucher, and Ozwin’s banking page warns that extra fees may apply if the voucher currency differs from the cashier. Buy an AUD voucher for an AUD account.

Neosurf’s strength is also its weakness. A A$50 voucher is a ceiling you set at the counter, and no card or bank number reaches the casino.
