Virgo this week
This week: 25 Oct to 31 Oct 2026
Your ruler turns retrograde, so slow down and check
Virgo is ruled by Mercury, so this is your retrograde more than anyone’s. Mercury turns retrograde in Scorpio on Saturday evening, 24 October, in your 3rd house of talk and short trips. Double-check messages, bookings and the address before you drive anywhere. Venus drifts back into Libra on Sunday night at 9:30 pm and lands in your 2nd house of money and values, a nudge to look at what you really spend on.
Mars and Jupiter are both in Leo, your 12th house of rest and retreat, so the sky is already asking you to go quiet. Monday’s full moon in Taurus at 3:12 pm trines your sign, which makes Monday and Tuesday Play days. Wednesday to Friday are Rest, with the Gemini moon square to Virgo. Sunday is Light play and Saturday is Play. Use the Rest days properly: tidy a cupboard, meal prep, read a book.

About Virgo
Virgo is the mutable earth sign, ruled by Mercury, and the sign most associated with care, craft and attention to detail. Virgos are traditionally the ones who spot the typo, find the better route and quietly fix the problem before anyone else notices it exists. They tend to show love by being useful, whether that is a packed lunch, a fixed tap or a well-organised spreadsheet for the trip away.
The shadow side, as astrologers describe it, is worry. A Virgo can pick at small flaws, in themselves most of all, and can struggle to switch off. They are often modest, a bit dry, and happier with a list than with a spotlight. Health, routine and good tools matter to them, and a tidy plan gives them real peace of mind.
That is the tradition. Astrology is a fun lens, not a science, and no sign describes a whole person. Exact dates shift by a day some years, so use our free birth chart calculator to check yours.
Virgo lucky numbers
This week’s numbers for Virgo are 17, 37 and 43. We pick them from the sign and the week’s sky using a fixed method, purely for fun. In numerology folklore Virgo is linked to the number 5 through Mercury, its ruler, and 6 sometimes gets a mention as well. These are old traditions, not predictions, and they make a nice talking point over a cuppa. Pokies run on a random number generator, so a number on this page cannot influence any spin. Our lucky numbers guide explains where the folklore comes from.
Virgo’s Pokie Sign: The Careful Spinner
Virgo temperament tends to like clear rules and a steady pace. In free demo mode, that points to simple, tidy games where you can see what is happening: bright gems, clean layouts and bonus rounds that are easy to follow. A game with a gentle rhythm suits a sign that does not like chaos.
Virgos are the budget keepers of the zodiac, so the habit that fits is to write the limit down. Decide the amount and the finish time first, and note what you spent when you finish. Because Virgo is a worrier, treat the demo as a way to relax rather than a test to pass. If the session is no longer enjoyable, close the tab and put the kettle on.
- Starburst: Clean, simple layout with a calm, steady rhythm.
- The Dog House: Cheerful and easy to follow, without too much going on.
- Wolf Treasure: A familiar theme with a clear, tidy bonus feature.
Free demo mode: play money only, no sign-up, nothing to deposit.
Who Virgo gets on with
Traditionally Virgo pairs well with the other earth signs, Taurus and Capricorn, who share its practical streak. Water signs Cancer and Scorpio are said to bring warmth and depth. Gemini and Sagittarius, the other mutable signs, can feel scattered to a tidy Virgo. See our sign compatibility guide for more.

Virgo questions
What are Virgo’s lucky numbers this week?
For 25 to 31 October 2026, Virgo’s lucky numbers are 17, 37 and 43, with green as the lucky colour. They are picked for fun from the sign and the week, and they do not affect any pokie result.
What is Virgo’s lucky day this week?
Virgo’s lucky day this week is Monday 26 October, when the full moon in Taurus trines your sign. It is a Play day, meaning a day that suits relaxed, budgeted entertainment with a set limit. It is not a day when you are more likely to win, because every spin is random.
What dates are Virgo?
Virgo covers roughly 23 August to 22 September. Exact dates shift by a day some years, so if your birthday sits near the edge, our birth chart calculator will confirm your Sun sign. It is a fun lens, not a science, so the dates are a guide only.
Does astrology change my chances on the pokies?
No. Pokies run on a random number generator, and your sign, the Moon and your lucky numbers have no effect on it. Play only for fun, with a budget set beforehand. If it is no longer fun, call Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858 or visit gamblinghelponline.org.au.
